Symposia
Symposia are sessions that foster the comprehensive understanding of a topic by bringing together experts that share their insights concerning a subject. Symposium proposals will be open from December 18th, 2023, to February 23rd (extended), 2024.
Oral and Poster communications
Oral communications involve researchers describing their findings accompanied with slides, while researchers directly interact with other conference attendees next to a poster: a visual summary of their work.
Communication abstract submissions will be open from March 15, 2024, to June 16 (extended), 2024.
Submission example:
To submit the summary of your communication, please sign up on the website and fill in the required fields provided. Kindly note that this submission process is separate from the registration fee payment. However, it's crucial to adhere to the outlined deadlines for the registration fee payment, as failure to comply may result in the rejection of the submitted summary.
