Early bird fees will be available until September 18th (Extended), 2024
Late registration fees will incur an additional 80€ cost and will be available from September 19th to October 4th, 2024.
SEPEX member includes both Titular and Asociado members of the SEPEX.

Also includes welcome cocktail, lunch, and coffee break access, city center-University shuttle availability, and conference gift bag. All attending conference participants must pay the registration fee and at least one author per contribution must attend.

* If you wish to bring a companion to the gala dinner, mark the corresponding checkbox at the "My accommodations and preferences" page once you have logged in to the website. The access to the gala dinner for accompanying individuals will be paid on-site at the venue of the event.
Terms, conditions, and cancellation policy
Payments must be done using a card at the payment gateway.
Please ensure that the correct invoice information has been included at the payment gateway if you wish for an invoice to be sent to the provided email.
Your congress registration will only be complete after the payment has been completed.
Your registration may be transferred to another individual of your choosing if you are unable to attend the congress after your registration has been completed.
If you choose not to transfer your registration to another person, you may request a full reimbursement of the registration fee by sending an e-mail at sepex24@ual.es with the subject "Registration". If you send your reimbursement request before October 7th, 2024, you will be reimbursed 100% of registration costs. No reimbursement will be provided if requests were received after October 7th, 2024.
No exceptions to this policy will be made for attendees that are unable to obtain a travel visa or attend the conference due to travel-related, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Navigate to Congress Registration.

Click Start registration.
Proceed with the required fields.

If you require an invoice, select Yes under Activity Information and fill the additional information form.
If you wish to include your university's VAT number in the invoice, select "Company/University.

PLEASE NOTE: Invoice generation is not automatic and may take a number of working days. Registrations completed during the month of August will receive invoices from September 1st.
