Certificates and invoices
If you select the generate invoice checkbox within the payment system and include the required information, invoices will be sent to the provided email within the next few days after your registration.
I will require an invoice when I register for the congress. How can I request an invoice?
When will I receive my attendance/communication certificate and by what means?
The certificate of attendance will be processed once the congress has ended and will be sent to the author responsible for the presentation as soon as possible.
Gala Dinner
No, the Gala Dinner fee must be paid in advance when registering for the congress.
Will I be able to acquire access to the Gala Dinner at the congress itself?
Accommodation and Transportation

How can I get from the hotel to the University?
A shuttle bus will be provided between the city and UAL, with return trips available.
The shuttle bus pick-up point will be at Plaza Juan Cassinello (Plaza Educador) on Paseo Almeria 33:

These services will take you to the Universidad bus stop, which is situated at the coastline-facing entrance to the campus. From there, you can get to the buildings in which the congress will take place following the route that appears in the picture below:
[A]: Room A, Sala de Grados; Paraninfo building.
[B]: Room B, Sala de Conferencias, Health Sciences building.
[C]: Room C, Sala de Grados; Faculty of Economy and Business building.
To get to any of the buildings from the bus stop, follow the main road until you see a large symbol of the University of Almería in the pavement, then turn right and follow the road until you get to either a rectangular white building (c), a black and red structure (b), or another building which is encased in a metallic grill (a).

If the submission menus are not appearing after you logged in, reload the website and it should appear.
Do I have to send the presentation of my oral communication in advance?
No, it is only necessary to send the summary of the work in order to be accepted, the complete presentation will be made available to the technical team before the start of the session.
In the case of oral presentations, the slides must be in English, but the presentation can be given in English or Spanish, at the presenter's choice. In the case of presentations in poster format, the content must be in English and the interactions with the audience must preferably be in Spanish or English to encourage the inclusion of other attendees in the conversation.
What language should the poster/oral presentation be in?
How long do the oral communications last?
Presentations will have a maximum duration of 12 minutes, with an additional 3 minutes to answer questions and comments from attendees.
Can I be the author of more than one work in the Conference?
Yes, it is possible to be the author or co-author of several works even without attending the conference. However, at least one of the authors of the work must be registered for the congress. After submitting your contribution, try reloading the page if you are unable to start a second submission.
Can I present more than one work at the Conference?
Yes, it is possible to present different works if the Scientific Committee has accepted the contributions.
Registration
Do the different registration fees include VAT?
Registration fees include VAT.
Is it possible to cancel my attendance? How is it processed?
Yes, it is possible to cancel with a 100% refund of the cost if this cancellation is made before October 7, 2024. A cancellation made after this date will not obtain a refund of the cost.
Alternatively, it is possible to transfer the right to attend the conference to another person who is not already registered, regardless of the date of the request.
Is there any type of scholarship that covers the registration costs for researchers or PhD students to the conference?
No, as in the case of most conferences, attendance and registration of researchers and PhD students at the conference is intended to be covered by the funds of the projects or research groups.
